Before we ever get started, GioCounsel thoroughly vets attorneys in light of your business to ensure that the attorney assigned to your business has the requisite experience (both time and industry) to advise your business. If GioCounsel can't find a match for your business, we won't assign an attorney to your business. And GioCounsel won't match you with any off the shelf attorney. GioCounsel primarily partners with attorneys with substantial in-house counsel experience.  As a minimum requirement, GioCounsel attorneys must have at least three years of in-house experience, or a minimum of five years firm experience directly working with business clients. The GioCounsel model only exists if our services enable you to achieve your business goals.
